Shipping & Return Policy

By purchasing from GOOD NATURED KIDS  you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.

NO REFUNDED RETURNS ONLY SHOP CREDIT

All returns must be authorized by email at info@goodnaturedkids.co and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

Must provide
    ◦    Name the order was purchased under
    ◦    Order number
    ◦    Email address associated with the order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and tags. 

If accepted for a return, after we receive the item a shop credit for the amount of the items (not including shipping) will be sent via the email on the order.

If your shipping address is incorrect, please send us an email quoting your full name and order number within 24hrs. If mail is undelivered you are responsible for delivery cost to reship.

ADDITIONAL RETURN / EXCHANGE INFORMATION 

Shipping costs will not be refunded Good Natured Kids is not responsible for return postage.

 
Good Natured Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
